While the summer, particularly from April to June, is the best season to travel to Sikkim if you are coming from Surat, some travellers, notably couples, also need to visit the stunning town throughout the winter, namely from October to December. Nevertheless, it is amazing to consider the monthly climate of Sikkim in order to plan your trip:
October to March: October marks the end of the rainy season and the onset of a little cold in the air. The start of the winter season occurs during the crucial intervals from mid-November to January, when the average temperature rises to between 7 and 5 degrees Celsius. In any event, the temperature might drop to -2 degrees Celsius worldwide, so make sure to carry some warm clothing.
April to June: The pre-summer season in Sikkim, which is in every way lovely and forgiving, lasts from April to June. A temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius is ideal. A welcome change from Surat’s heat. In Sikkim amid the excellent conditions, magnificent brightness combined with turbulent air in the evenings makes for an outstanding retreat. The same goes for travelling and engaging in adventure sports at this period.
