In Shimla’s city center, The Ridge is a beautiful pedestrian promenade. This tourist destination, which is situated along Mall Road, is the greatest place to hang out in Shimla. The restaurants, trendy cafes, and pubs that line the Ridge serve as a gathering area for travellers.

In addition to Mall Road, Jakhoo Temple, Kali Bari Temple, and Annadale, it connects all of the town’s major tourist attractions. The Ridge also connects Mall Road and Scandal Point.

There were rumours that the Maharaja of Patiala had fled the country with the daughter of the British Viceroy. As a result, it was given the name Scandal Point.
